Aniplay respects the intellectual property rights of creators and expects our users to do the same. If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted or shared on Aniplay without authorization, you may submit a valid notice so we can review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material.
Submit a Copyright Complaint
Please include all of the following in your notice:
- Your full legal name, and your contact information (email and phone number).
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
- The exact URL(s) or precise location of the allegedly infringing material on Aniplay.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please send your copyright notice to our designated agent. Incomplete notices may delay processing.
After we receive a complete notice, we will take prompt action, which may include removing or disabling access to the reported content and notifying the uploader.
Counter Notification
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or a misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your name, address, and contact details.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and your agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant (or the complainant’s agent).
- Your electronic or physical signature.
